Tracy I wish you lived closer then you could teach me. I did it when I was at school but don't know enough to follow any patterns

Donna~ I crochet without a pattern most of the time.
I only actually use a pattern every couple of years... that's when I call mommy!

If you go to lionbrand.com and check out the "beginner" patterns, they are very easy to follow!
The bear is a single crochet the whole way through!

I finished the bear today!
I can't tell if it is totally pathetic looking or totally adorable...

Brad loves it and wants to save it for "our baby".
Apparently I'm just supposed to hang on to it for a couple of years.
